Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Power BI write-back solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, SQL, Direct Lake, or related services)
  • Integrate Power BI with backend data sources to support secure and auditable data write-back
  • Configure Power BI reports and visuals that allow user-driven data updates (e.g., editable grids, custom input fields)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases such as forecasts, estimates, and master data updates.
  • Implement data validation, role-based security, and approval workflows where required.
  • Ensure data consistency, performance, and reliability across read/write scenarios
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power BI Service)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake)
  • Experience implementing data write-back or editable analytics solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL (INSERT, UPDATE, MERGE operations)
  • Experience designing secure, auditable data update workflows
