Om Prakash has over 35 years of experience
in Electronics, Consumer Durables, Financial & Custodial
Services, Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Copper Wire and
IT. He has been involved in Trading & Distribution, Manufacturing
and providing value added services. He holds multiple management
positions at the highest level in the group companies. He
started his career with Central Public Works Department and
after having a highly successful career for 7 years as a
Civil Engineer; he established a major presence for each
of the group companies. He holds B.E. (Civil) from Delhi
College of Engineering.

Avnish Gupta, Chief Technology Officer

Avnish Gupta brings more than 10 years
of software engineering experience to Netsity. He is one
of the founder Directors and has been engaged in industries
such as IT, Garments, Copper Wire, Financial & Custodial
Services; holding senior management positions prior to starting
up Netsity in the year 1997. His immense technical knowledge
and flair for developing robust and highly scalable architectures
has earned him accolades amongst his peers. He is responsible
for steering the company in the right direction by providing
the technology vision and maintaining our consultants in
tune with the latest tools. He holds B.E.(Computers) Pune
University.

Rajnish Gupta, Director

Rajnish Gupta has over 10 years of experience
in the business. He has been involved with IT, Merchant Banking
and Consumer Finance prior to his engagement with Netsity.
His constant endeavours have resulted in Netsity becoming
a highly customer focused business entity. His strength lies
in steering the company forward in the global village by
way of strategic alliances and long lasting partnerships
with like-minded companies. He is an accomplishing CFA and
has earned appreciations from the CCFA for holding All India
No. 1 rank in the Final Level. He holds MMS from DAVV and
B.Sc. (Computers) from Delhi University.

Geeta Gupta, Director

Geeta Gupta has over 10 years of software
engineering experience. Before starting up Netsity she had
been involved with a large Japanese Multinational corporation.
She has worked in SEI CMM Level 5 environment and is responsible
for ensuring quality adherence for all the projects executed
at Netsity irrespective of their size and stature. She heads
the team of talented software engineers having diverse skill
sets in various domains. Her strength lies in fostering a
productive and competitive environment and attracting best
talent from the industry. She is responsible for steering
the company to technological excellence by her commitment
to continually evolving software engineering practices. She
holds MCA from DAVV and B.Sc. (Computers) degree from Delhi
University.

Damanjit Singh, Director

Damanjit Singh has more than 10 years
of IT Industry experience, bulk of which is in Singapore
and rest being in India and USA. He has been involved in
Product Development as well as Turnkey Project solutions
for industries ranging from Banking, Insurance, Education,
and Financial Services, etc. His methodical approach towards
project execution had taken him from a System Engineer to
a Project Manager level prior to his association with Netsity.
He has successfully executed large size projects with accolades
from customers. He has been the driving force for Netsity’s
expansion from Indian base to Singapore and the rest of South
East Asian region. He holds B.E. (Computers) from Pune University.
