Netsity Systems (P) Ltd. (formerly known as Zeus Overseas (P) Ltd.) was incorporated in 1994 as a privately held limited liability company duly registered with Registrar of Companies, Govt. of India, vide Registration No.: 55-58315 Dated 7th April 1994. We are also registered with the Sales Tax Authority of India vide Sales Tax Regn. No. LC/84/223205/1099 Dated 15th December 1999.

We have been a member of Software Technology Parks of India since 15th March 2000 vide Regn. No. PCMG/PSE/05/025/STPN/5605, a scheme floated by the Govt. of India for the IT industry.

The company was promoted and funded by Avnish, Rajnish and Geeta. They all had a common background – IT and were all qualified computer professionals with a strong business foundation. Having worked with top-notch companies in a highly professional and process driven environment, they had gained wide experience and comprehensive industry knowledge.

Netsity has grown from a modest “3 staff and 350 sq ft office” to a fast growing IT multinational with branch offices in Singapore and UK and a state-of-the-art offshore development centre in India with a capacity to house 100 consultants. Our overall office area is 7500 sq ft spanning 3 floors in an Industrial Area of repute in the East Delhi.

Since its inception, Netsity has been successfully providing a wide spectrum of software development services in the overseas market. Majority of our clients are from the SME segment and we serve them with the same dedication and effort as we would serve any of our Fortune 2000 listed clients. We believe in building relationships and therefore, are open to working on your small projects lasting only a few weeks to working on projects which may last for few months or even years.

With our pioneering work and innovative ideas, we demarcate ourselves from our competitors. Unlike many other software companies, we saw the IT slow down coming and prepared ourselves beforehand by focusing on niche areas and offering value added services to our clients. We have seen it all … the boom time, the bust time and here we are today serving you from an enviable position of strength.

In the last one decade, Netsity has grown to provide various types of software solutions ranging from desktop applications, multi-tier client server solutions, web based applications, e-commerce & m-commerce solutions, product development, on-site consulting to software re-engineering.
